The development features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed with expansive 12-foot ceilings and large windows to create open, airy living spaces. Residents have access to a range of amenities including on-site laundry facilities, a fitness room, a community room, rooftop terrace with Hudson River views, and rooms specifically designed as performance practice spaces.
