The development comprises five buildings offering a total of approximately 80 residential units, with a mix of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments available. The property promotes economic diversity and affordability.
The property amenities include large common rooms, on-site laundry, and a fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a gazebo, playground, patio areas with benches and WiFi coverage across all buildings. Water and sewer is included in rent, along with 24-hour maintenance and controlled access.
The project received a $350K HOME Investment Partnership award, as well as $4.9M in combined Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity and subsidy from the NYS Homes and Community Renewal Multifamily Finance RFP process.
